Discovery Call
The discovery call allows us to understand some of the challenges you are experiencing and the opportunities you want to untap. We will share details of the steps we take, and answer any questions you have, and this call also allows us to explore a little how our partnership might work. There is no obligation following this call, and please be assured that we will only go to the next stage if we truly believe we can help you succeed.

The Brief
Following the discovery call, we will develop a scope of work for review and agreement. Then working with your key stakeholders, we will capture all the details we need, and gather your teams thoughts and input before we start. Getting the team fully involved, aligned and comfortable with the process and ways of working allows us to form a great partnership from the offset, it also ensures that we are set up for success to help you achieve your ambitions. We will then complete a final statement of works for review and sign off.

Data Review
We will complete a comprehensive desktop assessment based on some historical performance across financial, customer and team data, this ensures that before the site visits, we are fully prepared to maximise our time together and we are fully aligned on the goals and aspirations.

Site Observations
Our team will spend a minimum of two days at a site during which we will complete some assessments, observations and get to know the team and understand the challenges and the opportunities in more detail. This helps verify the data and our thinking on a potential approach. We will look at everything from customer flow, operational organisation and set up, the use of technology and peak and off peak trading patterns. These sessions will be tailored dependant on your operation and of course to the business objectives.

The Outputs
We will share our findings outlining the opportunities, risks and expected benefits with our recommendation on an approach to help you achieve your goals.
At this stage, you can, if you wish, choose to implement the recommendations yourselves, and at your pace, or we can continue to work together to help you achieve your ambitions. Regardless of the path you take, we will provide you with a handover for you to cascade to any additional resources.

Design
This design and the implementation phase are scoped following agreement on the outputs. We will design a project plan and statement of works to help achieve your business ambitions. These are bespoke services for each business and will be tailored to your requirements. Similar to the Brief, we will work with your key stakeholders, we will then present back the approach, resource required and costs for approval before we proceed.

Implementation
Again, the implementation approach will be designed based on your business opportunities and priorities. We are flexible in our approach, and can work on a consultation basis to help guide and develop your team or we deliver the training and implementation in your business, Working with your teams, we will leave you set up for continued growth.
